A Holistic Brand Strategy

Smart companies are demanding more from design. In the old business model it was sufficient to design great things. In the new business models, companies must deliver ways— broader experiences that connect with consumers. We define, develop, and deliver these experiences.

The challenges of today's markets have added layers complexity for marketing managers. Competitors are smarter, faster and doing things cheaper. Channels are making increasing demands and requiring measurable results. Consumers are more empowered, shorter on time and broadcasted with multiple marketing messages. Add to this the typical internal corporate pressures of increasing profit margins, beating sales targets and reducing costs, and one wonders how to sustain competitive advantage.

We have a history examining the total user environment and systematically defining the elements, moments, attitudes and behaviors that comprise a brand encounter. From this we develop customer journey maps that detail these significant touch points and identify elements that will drive the experience. In essence we are choreographing theatre. And each one is unique to the brand character and business objectives of our clients.
