The objective of Media Module is to extend the useful life of PCs, peripherals, and other media devices like MP3 players and digital cameras and to promote a significant increase in software services that encourage “less hardware, more services,” and reduce the tons of used PCs and peripherals that wind up in landfills. This system offers devices such as communicators, portable media players, cameras and game player that can be built within a small form factor of optimized modules. The target users of Media Module are heavy media consumers who are interested in customizable media devices. |
