Staying fresh, focused and inspired takes work. In-house training, international work exhanges and collaborative client workshops do the trick.
Design innovation demands a dedication to a lifetime of learning, experience and collaboration. Through in-house seminars on everything from perspectives on modern art to the most current training in computer aided rendering tools, Continuum's designers are constantly filled with a renewed energy and an evolving perspective. Annual three month designer exchanges between the three studios also help to keep an open mind and a perceptive eye. Beyond traditional design skills, workshops in presence, social styles and articulation help empower designers to match their trained eyes and hands with an impressive approach to client interaction. Collaborative client workshops and seminars round out the resources available to designers as they stay "on top of their game" and think into the future.
