As a bold new entry to the category of digital presenters, the Samsung UF-80 boasts a design language that completely differentiates it from its competitors, while incorporating several features that make it easier and more efficient to use.

Samsung Techwin asked Continuum to create a digital presenter that would embody their new video capture technology.   Working closely with Techwin designers and engineers, Continuum created a striking new concept that represents both aesthetic and functional innovation.  The UF-80 is a conference presentation tool used to capture images of both flat objects (such as documents) or 3D objects and relay those images to an LCD projector or via Internet connection to an audience at a remote location.   

The engaging, graceful arc shape of the support arm increases the perception of the available space beneath the camera, helpful when presenting large 3D objects. The gently curving support arm allows the user plenty of room for viewing larger 3D objects and cradles a high-end digital camera with a video capture rate of 20fps and 14x optical zoom.   The offset joint at the base of the support arm is designed to make room for large books and documents, and the control interface is illuminated so that it can easily be used in low-light environments.  Both the arm and the camera head fold for easy storage.  These features have bestowed upon the UF-80, an iconic shape that is instantly recognizable.
