Alicorp, the largest consumer goods company in Peru, wanted to develop an innovation process that they could disseminate across all business units. We conducted a three-day workshop with key stakeholders to illustrate the process. Then we worked together, using the innovation process, to develop a new idea that could be quantitatively tested. A pilot run that could teach the team and provide tools to utilize the innovation process in the future.
