NewsContinuum at Made in IUAV exhibit in Venice, ItalyContinuum has been selected to present the Hamilton G5 respiratory care ventilator to the "Made in Iuav" exhibit at Arsenale Novissimo in Venice, Italy. The medical device was selected for it's unique interaction design developed to reduce human error in man-machine interaction. The Hamilton G5 Ventilator is used in intensive care units in hospitals in a life supporting mode and for lung therapy after surgery or crisis. The innovative user interface visualizes the patient's lung in motion during ventilation therapy, thus giving immediate feedback on ventilator settings and the effect of the therapy on the patient's lung.
