Microfinance has emerged as one of the most effective solutions for alleviating poverty in the developing world. Yet as microfinance institutions have grown to serve more of the poor, the talent gap in middle management has emerged as a primary constraint of growth. Join leaders in human capital management, leadership development, microfinance and innovation as they discuss their field report, “No Footsteps to Follow: The talent gap in the development finance sector in India.” The group will also outline an upcoming collaborative project to develop the next generation of leaders in the sector.
