Yet as microfinance institutions have grown to serve more of the poor, the talent gap in middle management has emerged as a primary constraint of growth. Join leaders in human capital management, leadership development, microfinance and innovation as they discuss their field report, “No Footsteps to Follow: The talent gap in the development finance sector in India.” The group will also outline an upcoming collaborative project to develop the next generation of leaders in the sector.
